Support delivered over a screen-share session. No travel, no wait. Available for most software issues, configuration changes, and how-to walkthroughs.

Software help

Installation, updates, virus removal, password recovery, data backup. The tasks that pile up. We clear them.

D. Engagement structure

Setup Services are defined-scope, defined-timeline engagements. We agree on the deliverable and a date. We deliver. Setup fee: $250, covering feasibility analysis, hardware and software requirements, cost analysis, prototype detail, preliminary development plan, and detailed documentation. Typical timeline: approximately 60 days. Work beyond the defined scope: $200/hour.

Ongoing Managementis a recurring engineering and AI partnership — available on a monthly retainer for engineering and AI judgment, code review, diagnostics, and architectural reviews. $100/month, billed every 30 days. Includes alternative implementation reviews, development process guidance, software updates, upgrade recommendations, and R&D support.

Additional hours beyond defined scope: $200/hour.

Both models are governed by a written Consulting Services Agreement. Standard terms available on request.
